Dear Nicky, Matt & all the staff at Udens,

Thank you so so much for giving my Mum, Angela a wonderful funeral.

My Mum would have been so proud, you helped to make an awful day wonderful.

From the start your staff were sympathetic and extremely helpful.

On the day Matt was brilliant, letting us know what way

the cars would be facing when they arrived & the route we would be taking. And also thank you for organising the

last minute dash to the toilets at the crematorium ( which probably looked funny to the waiting mourners ).

We weren’t rushed at all and the thing that touched me the most was Matt and the boys making up posies for our family members from Mum’s Floral tributes.

I would recommend all of my friends and family to use you if they ever find themselves in the awful situation of losing a loved one.

You provided us with personal service that we would probably not have got from a bigger company.

We would like to express our gratitude for the fine and dignified manner in which you

handled our father, John ……… Funeral.

The Professionalism and courtesy extended by you and your staff were greatly appreciated by us all.

our father would have been especially proud of the West Ham tribute.

We appreciate the consideration that was shown and the attention to all the details, including the banners on

the catafalque and the claret and blue ties worn by the attendant bearers. We were all touched by these thoughtful gestures.

Thank you once again for your kindness and support during this sensitive time, with

particular acknowledgement for Matt, whose compassion and thoughtfulness made the day

much easier to bear.

Dear Jason,

On behalf of my family I wanted to write and thank you and all your colleagues for all your kindness and professionalism helping

arrange and conduct the funeral for my uncle.

Thank you for making the whole experience less stressful and also for making a very sad occasion so dignified for my aunt.

She was very touched by the organising of a posy from the coffin spray

that Nick put together and his help in acquiring a wheel chair at short notice.

Please thank Nick and the rest of the team for their patient assistance and kindness. We were also extremely impressed with the

recommendation of the printers and the brilliant assistance from the minister you arranged.

We felt uplifted at the end of the day, sad though it is to have to say good bye.

Dear Andrew & Kevin.

Thank you for the dignified and respectful conducting of my father,

Patrick Leatham’s funeral on 21st March.

Everyone was impressed with how smoothly every aspect of the

proceedings went, from the reception at the church on Sunday evening

to the actual burial on Monday.

I must compliment Uden’s on the respectful behaviour of the young men

in your employment.
