The experienced staff of W. Uden & Sons are available 24 hours a day to advise and support you. The following information is provided to assist you at this difficult time.

If the death occurs in Hospital

The hospital staff will contact the next of kin and a member of the Bereavement Team will arrange for you to collect any personal effects, together with the 'Medical Cause of Death Certificate'. They will also inform you of the procedurefor registering the death.
The hospital will keep the deceased in their mortuary until you have made arrangements with W. Uden & Sons to transfer your loved one to our nearest private Chapel of Rest.
