Join us on December 13th at 7.30 pm for our annual Christmas Carol Service in Christchurch, Eltham. It’s a wonderful occasion that takes place every year for the families that have sadly lost someone close to their hearts.

This is to allow us to make all the necessary preparations to remember your loved one appropriately.

Once you have completed the form, you will be sent a confirmation that will include the date and time of the carol service you wish to attend. Please ensure you enter your email address correctly, failing to do so will result in not receiving your confirmation.
