At a distressing time for the family we found that Uden and Sons took us through every stage of the funeral arrangements in a compassionate manner, making time for us to process what was being said and giving us time to ask any questions or to gain clarification On the day itself the firm looked after the mourners in an sympathetic and caring manner. Again giving us all the time we needed and making sure that we moved on through the service at our pace I cannot thank and praise Matthew and his team high enough for the way they conducted proceedings with dignity and respect and for making the occasion as stress free as possible Once again thank you for what you did and the way you did it

We chose W Udens & sons in Bexleyheath, because my Dad had seen the Jaguars and it was his request that his last journey would be in one, However we were just so overwhelmed by the service we received from Udens, from the first visit we felt calmness, totally confident that everything would be fine, every detail taken care of, On the day before Dads funeral, Spencer visited my Mum to finalise any last questions and even suggested stopping at Dads favourite Pub and organised a last drink for us Brothers on route. On the Day, everything was calmn, again Spencer took control and took away all the stress, Udens and the team made a very sad day memorable and Dad would have absolutely loved his last Journey. We simply can't thank Spencer and the whole team enough and without doubt, when sadness happens again we will be using Udens. Thank You from the whole O'Brien family.

I was recommended Udens by a relative and am so glad that I chose them for my husbands funeral.
