Every step of the way the family of Udens was perfect. Nick at Petts Wood handled everything beautifully. I was pleased to beable to chose a package that suited us, and their recommendations for celebrant, Kate, florist, Jo at Belles, and printer, Paul at Spectrum, we're spot on. We were recommended Uden & Sons by family members as they have a local reputation for being very good, calm and professional.And they were right. Uden supported us in making all of the arangements for our late mother Margaret and took great care of her, and us. On the day of the funeral from when the attendant walked in front of the hearse to bring her to the house, to when they took us and lots of her flowers (!) to the wake venue, they were kind, courteous, professional and personable, and we couldn't have asked for anything more. From the beautiful flower filled Bentley hearse and funeral car, to guiding us through the service and after, and to Andrew for being kind enough to fill the boot with most of the flowers to decorate the wake venue, as well as finding lost sunglasses and ensuring they were returned to us, we couldn't have asked for anything more.What was a hugely emotional and difficult day, became a wonderful memory and tribute to our wonderful mother and a truely lovely send off.We will always be grateful to Uden, with special thanks to Andrew, Charlie and Jack as well as the other attendents on the day.
