I cannot fault the service provided by Uden's. Nigel was kind, caring and considerate from the start. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was handled with the utmost dignity. On the day of my father's funeral, Jack and Lee were constantly thoughtful in the way they interacted with us and the call from Jack beforehand helped to ensure we all knew what to expect. Thank you so much to you all for the part you played in making sure my father had the dignified, memorable funeral he deserved.

Nigel and Lee are a credit to the company. I was completely overwhelmed by the loss of my father. I found Nigel was a joy to deal with, at what is a most difficult and distressing time. Nigel at the Biggin Hill branch of W. Uden dealt with the funeral of my father with sensitivity and kindness. He responded promptly to messages and could not have been more efficient in setting up the arrangements. Lee, who conducted the funeral itself with great elegance and dignity, made a point of checking in with me the day before to make sure that everything would go smoothly. It was a day of great sadness but I felt that my father had been honoured and celebrated in a way that gave the family comfort and a sense of completion
