Udens are a wonderful Funeral company. We have used this caring, loving company since 1984 when different family members have died over the years and they have never disappointed us. They are always patient, respectful, kind and honourable. I cannot thank them nor praise them enough. Sophie in the office, young Jack and all of the other staff were absolutely wonderful at such a sad time for us. Udens do not need to advertise because their amazing reputation goes before them. From the initial contact, Sophie at Uden & Son Camberwell made the organisation of an important day at such a difficult time, very easy. On the day itself, Lee and his team conducted themselves with consummate professionalism. All of the team were organised, polite and emphatic to the feelings brought on by the event. Our driver also named Lee, commented that it was their duty to ensure the day went smoothly as it was the last thing the family were doing for the deceased, ‘we treat everyone like family’ he said and that they certainly did. Even the guest commented how wonderful they were. From the beginning to the end Lee ensured their duties were carried out meticulously with both authority and compassion. I cannot thank the team enough as their contribution was so significant in making the day turn out to be a wonderful day to remember.
