My sister and I were really dreading making the funeral arrangements for my Mum but Kate, Andrew and all the team at Udens Petts Wood were so kind, gentle and helpful that it was actually a really positive experience. No question was too small or silly to ask. They really went out of their way to help us and Mum's funeral felt so important and special to them. I also really liked the premises as they were modern and bright. The fact that we just had to choose a package and make choices within that package, made it so much simpler and it was easy to follow. It still felt bespoke and quality too though. As much as I hope I don't have to recommend them to people - I will be highly recommending Udens Petts Wood if I need to.

Charlie and his colleagues at Udens looked after the funeral for my father last week. The service they provided was fantastic and no enquiry or question was ever too much trouble . I would without hesitation recommend them . Charlie was marvellous in looking after my elderly mum as naturally after 70 plus years together it was a particularly traumatic day .
