From the very beginning, Sarah and Denise were always at the end of the phone—answering questions, accommodating last-minute changes, and offering advice and reassurance during a time when we were at our most emotionally vulnerable.A special thank you to Lee, our funeral coordinator on the day, and his team. They showed incredible respect throughout, almost blending into the background but always there when needed—whether it was quietly placing or removing flowers and orders of service, or appearing with umbrellas when the heavens opened.Lee was exceptional. He called the day before to ensure everything was in order and to walk us through the events of the day. On the day itself, he coordinated everything with dignity and care, guiding both our family and guests with compassion.The Bentley cars were a pleasant surprise and a most welcome addition—my father would have been so proud of that.Would I recommend W.
